  • It stores and maintains most precious Technical data and information related to oil and gas exploration and production.

It receives stores, indexes, archives maintain and provide the technical data of

  • Joint Venture

For activities of OGDCL professional and Joint Venture Companies.

 

TDL Activities:     (all activities through proper channel only)

  • Arrangements for collection of technical datya of Seismic, Geological surveys. Well long, reports, etc.
  • Cataloging/Indexation and storage of data.
  • Proper archiving of data
  • Provision of data  to OGDCL professionals and Joint Venture Companies.
  • Arrangement for printing, copying, scanning and /or digitizing of data
  • Indoor study of data for joint ventures partners, consultants.

TDL Holds the Technical data in the form of:

  • Geological and Geophysical studies/survey reports
  • Seismic data Softcopy (fields and processed data (Round tapes, cartridges/CD/DVD/Floopies)

  • Scanning of hard copy data in the form of “pdf” files (daily work)
