| WELLHEAD GAS PRICE FOR QADIRPUR – SETTLEMENT OF EXTENSION IN DISCOUNT TABLE FOR QADIRPUR WELLHEAD GAS PRICE |

We are pleased to inform that Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) has notified the wellhead gas price in respect of Qadirpur Gas Field, to be sold to Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited at PKR 255.89 per MMBTU for the period effective July 1, 2012 to December 31, 2012.
Furthermore, the Economic Coordination Committee (ECC) of Government of Pakistan has approved extension in discount table of Qadirpur wellhead gas price. As per ECC approval, the maximum Qadirpur wellhead gas price has been capped at US $ 3.0116 per MMBTU at a marker price of US $ 400 / MT of High Sulphur Fuel Oil.
The effective date of approval of extension in discount table is December 11, 2012, however, there will be no impact on consumers till July 2013. The provisional prices notified since July 2005 will be treated as final without any retroactive adjustment.

| HYDROCARBON DISCOVERY AT ZIN E.L SML-1 IN DISTRICT DERA BUGTI (BALOCHISTAN) |

By the grace of Almighty Allah, Oil & Gas Development Company Limited (OGDCL) operator of Zin Exploration License, together with the Joint Venture partner Government Holdings Private Limited has discovered a hydrocarbon bearing zone from its well Zin SML-1 located in District Dera Bugti of Balochistan province. The Structure of the well was delineated, drilled and tested utilizing the indigenous expertise.
Zin SML-1 well was drilled down to depth of 1050 M targeting to test the potential of Sui Main Limestone Formation.
The target zone of Sui Main Limestone of Eocene age has tested 8.05 MMSCFD gas through 128”/64” choke.
This discovery will add to the hydrocarbon reserves base of the Company and its Joint Venture partner, bringing significant savings to the Country.

| GAS DISCOVERY AT SULEMAN-01 (EXPLORATORY)-KHEWARI E.L., DISTRICT KHAIRPUR-SINDH |

| By the grace of Almighty Allah, Joint Venture of Khewari Block comprising of Oil and Gas Development Company Limited (OGDCL), Operator having working interest (95%) and Government Holdings (Pvt) Limited (5% carried) has discovered Gas from the Exploratory Well Suleman-01, located in District Khairpur, Sindh Province.
2. The structure of Suleman-01 was delineated drilled down to the depth of 4,575 M targeting to test the potential of Lower Goru formation of cretaceous age. The Well flowed @ 20 MMSCFD of gas through 32 / 64” choke and wellhead flowing pressure of 3,340 Psi.
3. The above is being provided to you in compliance with the requirements of Clause No. (xx) of the Code of Corporate Governance.

| EPA, Sindh hereby notifies that M/s OGDCL has submitted EIA Reports for Seismic Operations & Exploration Activities and Establishment of Oil and Gas Production Plant at Sinjhoro Block. The ElA reports identify potential environmental impacts, and provide mitigation measures to minimize the impacts. The general public, stakeholders, experts can pursue / consult the EIA reports (Click links to open EIA Report-I & EIA Report-II) in the office of the Director General, Environmental Protection Agency, Sindh, located at Plot No. ST-2/1, Sector-23, Korangi Industrial Area, Karachi. A public hearing will be conducted by the EPA Sindh at 10:00 a.m on the 29th of March 2012 at Indus Hotel, Hyderabad in which the proponents / consultants will make a presentation about the project. The general public, concerned citizens, civil society organizations and all other stakeholders are requested to attend this Public Hearing.
